Grab Your Paper: Your Pre-Flight Checklist
Before you head over to check out our latest designs like the F-14 Tomcat X or the Shuttle X, make sure your workstation is set up for success:
- The Paper: Always use standard Letter-size ($8.5″ \times 11″$, 20–24 lb) or standard A4 paper (80 g/m²). Anything too heavy won’t fold sharply; anything too light won’t hold its momentum.
- The Crease: Use the back of your fingernail or a plastic card to make every single fold bone-dry sharp.
- The Launch: When you test fly, avoid throwing straight up or straight down. Aim for a smooth, consistent launch angle of 20 to 30 degrees relative to the horizon.
